2022 წლიდან ქვეყანაში მეწარმეთა შესახებ ახალი კანონი ამოქმედდება, რომელიც პარტნიორებს შორის ურთიერთობებს ახალი წესით დაარეგულირებს. კანონი ადგენს დირექტორსა და კომპანიას შორის დასადებ სასამსახურო ხელშეკრულების მიმართ მოთხოვნებს. უფრო მეტად არის დაცული მცირე აქციონერთა და კრედიტორთა ინტერესებიც. ასევე, დადგენილია კომპანიიდან პარტნიორთა გასვლის მექანიზმები; მაგალითად ადრე, თუ კომპანიის წილების 50-50%-ს ფლობდნენ პარტნიორები და ვერ აღწევდნენ შეთანხმებას, ახალი კანონი ასეთ შემთხვევაში პარტნიორთა კომპანიიდან გასვლის მექანიზმებს ითვალისწინებს. მეწარმეთა შესახებ ახალი კანონი, რომელიც პოზიტიურად ფასდება როგორც იურისტების, ისე ბიზნესის მხრიდან, რომლებიც მის მომზადების პროცესშიც იყვნენ ჩართულები.
